Giving legal advice and legal opinion in relation to legal rights and remedies available to client.
Acting on behalf of client in legal proceeding either for Plaintiff or Defendant in cases such as debt recovery, vacant possession of the land or building, action base on tort (ie) compensation for negligence and accident.
Giving legal advice and acting on behalf of client in implementing mode of execution of judgment inclusive of bankruptcy proceeding, writ of seizure and sale, judgment debtor summons, winding up company and others.
Attending court for hearing and mention case.
Negotiating on behalf of client to their best of legal interest.
The partners also have wide experience in conducting debt recovery and used to act on behalf of Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA), Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) (Negeri Pahang), Perbadanan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNS) and Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA).
